"Josef " - male African lion
Our biggest STAR !!! at 500 lbs. with an absolutely gorgeous extended mane, Josef worked full contact with children and adults alike. He also worked in close proximity to other animals. He was and is undisputedly,
the Best and Safest working adult male lion in the industry!
Trained behaviors included working completely loose in almost any environment, marks, stands, stays, lies down, snarls, A to B, rides, walks, runs, jumps , jumps over camera, and much more! Today Josef is completely retired from entertainment and is enjoying his retirements at Wild Things. Some have told us he could be the oldest living African black maned lion in captivity today...???

"Jacob" Male African lion
Yet another newcomer to Wild Things in Winter of 2002. Jacob is a distant relative of Josef so our fingers are very crossed on his personality. So far, he's been a perfect gentleman and
we could not be happier.

"Kolar"& "Kali" Bengal tigers
Kolar is probably the most professionally photographed tiger in the industry today.
His photos (as well as Josef 's) have graced the covers of most Big Cat Calendars since 1991. Kolar works completely loose in close proximity to talent in almost any environment. This is one great working tiger !
Trained behaviors include: marks, runs, walks, jumps, jumps over camera, lie down, and much more. Kali is Kolar's sister. She is a bit shy but she does travel and can be used for a cage cat or background. Her sole purpose at Wild Things is to be company for Kolar.
