Wild Things Animal Rentals Inc. is a fully licensed wild/exotic animal compound which has house animals trained to participate in film, television, and live productions as well as a full time educational program since 1986. All animal's housing exceeds the specified demands of both the State and Govt. agencies that monitor and govern our industry. We house 100+ animals ranging in size from a tarantula to an African elephant.

A staff of 10+ trainers, care takers, and office personnel work 7 days weekly to meet the many needs of our facility and insure the health & comfort of our animals.Film and television productions call on a daily basis to describe their animal needs and solicit bids for that animal action. Upon being awarded a job, animals are prepped to perform the required action, transported to the set where filming is accomplished. Animal rental prices are dependent upon the animal , the action, and the location.

Training at Wild Things is accomplished by what we believe to be the most humane techniques practiced today. Our animals are acclimated at an early age to feel safe and comfortable in the environments we will ask them to perform in as they get older. Traveling is one of the most important activities the animals are taught to enjoy. All animals at Wild Things are acquired from zoos, breeders, or private owners who can no longer keep the animal. Animals retired from working, remain with us unless an ideal alternative arises for an individual animal that offers it a more suitable environment for it's needs.

Intern trainers are accepted and welcome at Wild Things. Internships are  recommended to any and all considering such a demanding career. Volunteers are also accepted and valued to our staff and our animals. Few activities are more rewarding to true animal lovers.

 Our pride in both our facility and our training techniques allows us to open our doors to the public by means of our daily tour, our educational program , or our new and exciting ...if I could walk with the animals ... program.
